Sunday September 19 – Yoga Aid Challenge in Justin Herman Plaza 11am – 1pm.  Join some amazing teachers – Sianna Sherman, Jasmine Tarkeshi, me, MC Yogi, Steph Snyder, Janet Stone and more to raise awareness of our global cultural shift and I encourage you to sign up for this amazing challenge to raise money for Off The Mat - Into the World, Africa Yoga Project, For One World and Yoga for Youth.

Saturday Sept 25 – Arm Balancing – Yoga Tree Castro 1:15 – 4:15.  Learn the basics in flight preparation and learn to defy gravity.  This workshop is taught so all levels can participate – so that beginners can have a place to step on board and advanced practitioners can float graciously from one pose to another and surf gravity.  More info/register – click here.

October 15-17 – Workshops at Rainforest Yoga/TapRoot Yoga – Juneau, Alaska – A full weekend of 5 workshops for new students, teachers and advanced practitioners.  More info here.

Saturday November 6 – Vinyasa Basics – Yoga Tree Castro 1:15-4:15.  This workshop is great for beginners wanting to learn the basics of sun salutations and “taking a vinyasa” and to flow from one pose to another and for advanced students that need a little basic alignment and flow and breathing review.  More info/register – click here.
